Booked the flight tickets for family...and everything were done in a rush.
When I received the receipt I found one of the passenger name is wrong. WTF....
It's totally my fault, I can blame no one, rite? This is absolutely a stupid mistake that I have never made before, I don't know why the hell this happened, the only reason is... I was working 3 to 4 tasks at the same time and too rush coz so many flights were getting full, sigh.
It's not so critical, not the family name nor the gender, but only the order of 2 alphabets is swapped. Some said if it's a minor error, the airline company may let you get on the plane still, I am not going to take the risk. I prefer to pay extra to get the name on the ticket right... but still I have no news from the agent yet...
